4. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 3 days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exceptions

  • Custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for refunds unless they arrive defective or damaged.
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
